Access and support

Request access or tell us what went wrong.

The first release is private. Ask to join the adult preview, or send a support request without including child information.

Choose what you need

A clear route for every request.

Each choice prepares the same private form so the right person can respond.

Private support request

Tell us what you need.

For access, tell us whether you are a parent, teacher, school or evaluator. For support, share the journey and what happened. Never include a learner’s real identity or account information.

A useful report

Give enough context to reproduce the problem.

Screenshots are optional. If you attach one later, crop out names, email addresses, schools, account identifiers and notifications.

Developers only

The repository tracker is not public support.

It may require repository access. Use it only for non-sensitive implementation work. Never use the tracker for child data, credentials, private security reports or account help.
