Pre-release privacy notice · 28 July 2026

Keep real child information out of the preview.

Kwazi Learning is not yet open for public child accounts. This notice describes the controlled technical preview, not a future public child service.

Current rule: use synthetic information only. Do not submit real names, contact details, school details, precise location, photos, account credentials or sensitive personal information.

Information used by the controlled preview

The local development flow uses a synthetic learner identifier, selected lesson, tutor message, practice answer, session metadata and recorded learning events. The configured server may also produce ordinary operational logs needed to diagnose failures.

What is not enabled

Public registration, guardian accounts, homework photo upload, advertising, location tracking and production child-model traffic are not authorised in this release.

Model providers

A hosted model may run only when the operator explicitly enables every required child-data, safety, no-training and spend gate. Otherwise the tutor uses reviewed local fallback content. Provider credentials stay on the server.

Retention, export and deletion

Public child use remains blocked until a final retention schedule and working guardian export and deletion paths are approved and verified. Test data should be short-lived and removable by the deployment operator.

Before public beta

This notice will be replaced with an approved policy naming the responsible operator, lawful basis, exact data fields, processors, retention periods, guardian rights, contact route and relevant jurisdictional rights before real child information is accepted.

Questions or private requests

Use the private support form for a preview privacy question or data request. Do not include a child’s real information in the form. The public developer tracker is not a privacy contact route.
